Holiday information is stored by holiday year. You can view a report based on any specific day across the holiday year by following these steps.
Click Reports, then click Finance.
Click Payroll/Holiday, then click Analysis.
Input the Desired Report Date.
Select Export.
π€Tip: This report shows current and any terminated employees who were terminated within the holiday calendar year.
π Note: If you are generating this report for a large organisation covering multiple branches, it may time out before completing. To avoid this, filter by a single branch or area at a time to reduce the size of the dataset.
π Note: In ACR v3.0 and earlier, the Excel and CSV export from this screen may not download correctly. This is resolved in ACR v3.1.1, releasing 26 May 2026. In the meantime, you can run the same report from Access People Planner by going to Finance, then Payroll, then Holiday, then Analysis.
