When a visit, employee, or client has changed, you can view the audit history to see information such as clock-in times. In certain parts of the system, you can view audit information using the built-in audit tool from some screens. The audit history can be accessed from any screen that says audit history.

The Audit Trail shows when changes were made to records, who made them and what the changes were.

πŸ“Œ Note: It isn't possible to audit amendments made within the settings area on Access Care Rostering or view an audit history of which user did what on the system at what time.

One example of this would be by following the below:

  1. Click HR, then click Employee.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant employee.

  3. Click Audit Log In top right.

The Audit History data is not available indefinitely and, by default, is only available up to the following time frames:

Audit data

Time frame

Applicant

16 weeks

Employee

16 weeks

Customer

16 weeks

Client

16 weeks

Visit

8 weeks

Other

16 weeks

Any shifts generated by the system via generation, even if templated, will show as empty in the Audit History, and no previous information will be available.

πŸ“Œ Note: There is no audit information for who accepted or unaccepted a rota generation.
