A service funder is a person or organisation that pays for some or all of a service user's care. If a service user has multiple services or bill payers, you can add more than one service funder to their record.
For example, a customer might receive funding from both a government program and a private insurer.

Create a new service funder
To create a new service funder, follow these steps.
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user record.
Select Service Funders, then click Add New.
Choose from options new, existing, or self funded.
Fill in the relevant details, then click Save.
Create without client association
To create a funder without associating with a client, follow these steps.
Click Service User, then click Bill Payer.
Click New, then fill in the relevant details.
Click Save.
