Once you've created a service user and added a service funder to their record, you can add details of their care requirements. A service requirement is to set up care visits for the client. This allows you to plan which dates and times have been agreed for the care to be provided to the client.

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant service user.

  3. Click Care Visits, then click Add new.

  4. Fill in the start date and service funder.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click the Service Requirement Details tab.

  7. Click Add new, then fill out the relevant information.

  8. Click Save.

πŸ€“Tip: In the boxes where you see the days of the week, enter the number of employees that will be attending the visit.

Renew service requierments

You can use this option to renew the current service requirement, often used for time-limited requirements. This function copies all settings from the current service requirement, including training, equipment, and tasks to a new record. You can then modify the new record with any new requirements.

πŸ“ŒNote: When using this function on an open-ended requirement, it adds an end date to the current requirement, then starts the new requirement from the start date indicated.

To renew a service requierment follow these steps:

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant service user.

  3. Click Care Visits, then seclect the relevent care visit.

  4. Click the Service Requirement Details tab.

  5. Select the relevent service requirement.

  6. In the bottom right click Renew.

πŸ€“Tip: You'll then need to add a new start date to save the renewed service requierment.
