Reconcile a visit

If you have caregivers who can't clock in or out electronically, you can manually reconcile their visits. This ensures your records are up to date and your payroll and invoicing are correct.

Follow these sections to learn how to check for unreconciled visits and reconcile them.

Check for unreconciled visits

To check for any visits you haven't reconciled, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click the Finance menu.

  2. Click Visit, then click Reconciliation.

  3. If required, amend the filters to show the relevant client or employee.

  4. On the Status drop-down menu, click Unreconciled.

The Rec Status column shows the following:

A red triangle shows unreconciled visits.

A green circle shows electronic visits.

A yellow triangle shows any visits you've already manually reconciled.


Manually reconcile an individual visit

If you've just a single visit to reconcile, follow these steps.

  1. Click the red triangle, then click the red triangle again.

  2. On both the Method drop-downs, click Manual.

  3. Enter the date and time the visit started.

  4. Click Save.


Manually reconcile multiple visits

  1. Click the Finance tab.

  2. Click Visit, then click Reconciliation.

  3. If required, amend the filters to show the relevant client or employee.

  4. On the Status drop-down menu, click Unreconciled.

  5. Select the relevant checkbox.

  6. Click the green circle located in the bottom left of the screen.

  7. Click Reconcile, then click Reconcile again.
