Create a new invoice format
To add a new invoice format, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Finance.
Click Invoice, then click Invoice Formats.
To add a new record, click the plus icon.
Enter the description of the new invoice format and add any notes.
On the orientation type list, select either Landscape or Portrait.
On the detail list, select your option:
By Day.
By Visit.
By Service user.
By Service type + rate.
By W/E date + service type + rate.
Click the Other Details tab and select more information to appear within the invoice.
Add the new format to a service funder
When you've create a new invoice format, you need to make sure the format change has been updated on the funder profiles also.
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user.
Select the Service Funder tab.
Select into the relevant service funder.
Scroll to the bottom to find the invoice format.
Change the invoice format to the new one.
Click Save.
Update an invoice format
If you need to update your format, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Finance.
Click Invoice, then click Invoice Formats.
Select the invoice you want to amend.
Make the relevant amendments.
Click Save.
