You can terminate service user records to set their record as inactive and remove visibility from the planning screen.
These records still exist, rather than being deleted, so you can reactivate them at any time.
Terminate a service user
To terminate a service user, follow the steps below:
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user.
Click Terminate, then fill out the relevant information.
Click Save, then from the top, right-click More.
Click Tasks and complete all outstanding tasks.
Click Terminate, then change the status to Terminated.
Click Save.
Reactivate a service user
If you need to reinstate a service user record after they've been terminated, follow these steps.
Click Service user, then click Service User.
Click Find, then change the status to Terminated.
Select the relevant service user, then click Reinstate.
Click Reinstate, then click Confirm.
