When an SMS message shows as sent but is not being received by the recipient, this is because your user code contains an @ symbol. To allow SMS messages to be received, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Other.
Click Profiles & Users.
Click Users, then select the relevant user.
In the SMS Identifier, enter the user's first name all in lowercase.
Click Save.
