Following the 2.2 release of Access Care Rostering on 23 October 2025, users who choose to reject all cookies during login no longer have the option be able to access the Access Digital Assistant.
This change affects key features such as live chat support and the ability to ask quick how-to questions through the Access Digital Assistant to help you get answers faster and more efficiently.
To restore access to the Digital Assistant, youโll need to update your cookie preferences. This can be done in one of two ways.
Access Evo settings
You can amend your Access Evo settings. To do this, follow these simple steps.
Log in to Access Evo.
Click your name in the top right.
Click My Settings, then click the cookie icon.

Enable the cookies, then click Save.
Clear browsing data
You can also clear your browser cache to do this. Follow these helpful links.
โ ๏ธImportant: If you clear your browsing data, you will be prompted to reselect your cookie preferences when logging into Access Care Rostering. To ensure the Access Digital Assistant is visible, click Accept All.
