You can pull a report that shows the employee's planned and actual hours by following these simple steps.

  1. Click Reports, then click Rostering.

  2. Click Visit/Export, then click Visits.

  3. Select a branch and area, or all, and enter the start and end dates.

  4. Change the export type to Excel.

  5. Set the export type to service duty - template - export.

  6. Click Save.
