We are pleased to introduce a Care Employee Mobile Update. This update resolves an issue affecting the accuracy and reliability of the mobile application for your care teams. This fix ensures that cancelled visits no longer appear in staff visit schedules providing your employees with trustworthy information they can rely on for their day-to-day operations.

Cancelled Visits Now Hidden from Visits Tab
Stay organised with accurate shift information. Previously, if a staff member had a shift allocated in Access Care Rostering that was later cancelled, the cancelled visit would continue to display in their Visits tab within the CEM app, causing confusion about which shifts required attendance.
This has now been resolved. Cancelled visits are properly excluded from the Visits tab, ensuring staff only see active, relevant visits in their CEM app. This provides clarity about which shifts they are expected to attend and eliminates confusion from outdated schedule information.
