Paying your outstanding care invoices has never been easier. Simply click the Pay Here link on your invoice to make a single card payment or set up a direct debit. This convenient option saves you time and eliminates the need to contact the service provider by phone or email.

Once your service provider has enabled single card payments or direct debit for you, you'll see a Pay Here link on your invoices.

When you click the Pay Here link, you will be taken to one of three screens:

  • A screen to select your payment method.

  • A page to set up a direct debit.

If making a one-time payment, you'll need to provide your name and card details.

After successfully completing a payment, a thank you message appears.

After successfully completing a payment, your service provider can see whether your invoice balance has been paid, failed, or is pending payment.

Direct debit payment

If you choose to pay by direct debit, you'll need to provide details such as your name, bank sort code, and account number. On this page, you'll also need to confirm that you agree to pay via direct debit and review the direct debit mandate.

You'll be notified of the following:

  • When your payment details are initially collected and confirmed.

  • Each time, a debit is scheduled to be made from your account.
