An incorrect rate is showing on a visit

In this article, we explain how to correct a visit if it is showing an incorrect rate.

There's a few things to check if you're showing an incorrect rate on a visit. Follow these sections through in order where needed to correct your issue.

Edit Rate checkbox

If your visits are showing the incorrect rate after they've been updated, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Rostering, then click Visits.

  2. Click Planning, then select the relevant visit.

  3. From the left, click Full visit details.

  4. Select the Edit Rate checkbox, then unselect the checkbox.

  5. Click Save.

If this corrects the issue

If changing the Edit Rate checkbox corrects the issue for that visit, follow these steps for other visits that may have a similar issue.

  1. Click Settings, then click Finance.

  2. Click Payroll, then click Rate sheets.

  3. Select the relevant rate sheet.

  4. Click the Revisions tab.

  5. Select the relevant revision.

  6. Click Save, then click Apply?

If you're still seeing the wrong rate

If changing the Edit Rate checkbox doesn't fix your issue, follow these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Finance.

  2. Click Payroll, then click Rate Sheets.

  3. Select the relevant Rate Sheet.

  4. Select the Revisions tab, then select a Revision.

  5. Change the default rate sheet to the rate sheet carer instead of the client rate sheet

  6. Click Save, then click Apply?.

πŸ€“ Tip: If the rate is still showing the incorrect rate, please check the revision start date is correct, if the visit is before the start date this will be due to the revision start date, you can do this by following the above steps.
