View profile reports for service user and employee notes

Steps to view profile reports for service user and employee notes, and how to run the service location profile report.

Employee notes

To view the employee notes, follow these steps.

  1. Click Reports, then click HR.

  2. Click Employee/Reports, then click Profiles.

  3. Select the notes checkbox.

  4. Add the relevant filters.

  5. Click the export icon.


Service user notes

  1. Click Reports, then click Service User.

  2. Click Service User/Reports, then click Profiles.

  3. Select the Notes checkbox.

  4. Add the relevant filters.

  5. Click the export icon.


Service location profile report

You can run a profile report for service locations to view details such as branch and area history, requirements, and notes.

  1. Click Reports, then click Service User.

  2. Click Service User/Reports, then click Profiles.

  3. Select the relevant profile options.

  4. Add the relevant filters.

  5. Click the export icon.

⚠️ Important: If a service location has a termination date in the past, it will not appear in the service location dropdown even if you change the status filter to Terminating or All. This is a known issue. To report for a terminating service location, raise a case via the Access Digital Assistant.

⚠️ Important: The Branch and Area location history section only appears in the report when running for all service locations. If you run the report for a single service location, the location history section will not show. This is a known issue currently being resolved.
