View service package hours on timeline

In this article, we explain how you can view service package hours on your timeline.

Based on the service package configuration, the timeline has been updated to show the total service package hours for the applied service packages per service funder, as well as the total filled (allocated) hours.

The text colour represents the status of the service package:

Red

When the number of allocated hours exceeds the total hours of the applied service packages.

Orange

If there are multiple active service packages (for multiple funders) and the number of allocated hours exceeds the total hours of at least one of the applied service packages.

Green

When the number of allocated hours does not exceed the total hours of the applied service package.

When a specific service location is selected from the Name drop-down, the service package summary appears at the top.

When clicking any service package label or hours, a new screen appears that lists all active service packages for that service location.
