When tracking the hours of a service package, you can set a planning rule to ensure a duty is flagged appropriately when the service package hours exceed the agreed amount.

⚠️Important: You'll need to contact the support team to enable the planning rule.

Once enabled, you are able to configure the planning rules by following these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Planning.

  2. Click Settings, then select the Service Package tab.

  3. Select the service package hours status.

Disabled

There is no warning if the agreed service package hours are exceeded. This is the default option.

Warn

This option changes the duty colour from Green to Yellow to indicate that the hours on the service package need to be checked. A Service Package tab on the Duty Planning screen will become visible to override this warning; however, the override checkbox will not need to be ticked to save the duty.

Enforce

This option displays the Duty Planning screen automatically if the service package hours exceed those agreed. It will be necessary to override the planning rule failure to allocate the duty if the Enable Approval option is also checked.
