When service packages are enabled, service types have an additional configuration setting called Exclude from Service Package Hours. When this setting is checked, any service duties that have this service type are not included in the service package hours.
By default, Exclude from Service Package Hours will be unchecked.
To configure service types, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Service User.
Click Service User, then click the Service.
Click Types.
Select the Exclude from Service Package Hours checkbox if the service type should not be included in service package hours.
