When service packages are enabled, cancellation types will display an additional configuration option called Include in Service Package Hours Calculation.
To configure cancellation types, follow these simple steps.
Click Settings, then click Finance.
Click Cancellation, then click Types.
Select the Include in Service Package Hours Calculation checkbox if cancellations of this type should contribute to the service package hours.
📌Note: A cancellation type which has been included in the service package hours overrides a service type which has been excluded from being calculated in the service package hours.
