If trying to allocate a duty which results in the number of hours exceeding the service package hours, if the planning rule has been set to Enforce, the duty opens and displays a failed planning rule warning message.
To view this message, follow these steps.
Click Rostering, then click Visit.
Click Planning, then locate the relevant visit.
Double-click on the visit.
Under the Employee section, you'll see any errors here.
Select the override option if required.
Add a note if the Mandatory Notes option has been selected.
Click Save.
