Add a service user type to a rate sheet

In this article, we explain how to add service user types to rate sheets.

  1. Click Settings, then click Finance.

  2. Click Payroll, then click Rate sheets.

  3. Select the relevant rate sheet, then click the Revisions tab.

  4. Select the most recent revision using the arrow on the left.

  5. Click the Details tab, then click the plus button.

  6. Enter the relevant details, then click the save button πŸ’Ύ

  7. Click back to the Revision tab and click Apply?

πŸ€“Tip: The system runs on a 24-hour cycle, so if the rate stays the same for the whole day, set your start time to 00:00.
