Some visits may be double up visits were two employees are visiting a service user. These are usually at the same time or they can be a 12 hour visit with a second carer joining for moving and handling. If the visits are at the same time and you need to move the time this can be done by following these steps:
Click Settings, then click Service User.
Click Service user, then click Types.
Select the relevent service type.
Select the Auto Update Associated Record checkbox.
Click Save. This makes the change to all associated visits will up updated at the same time.
