Detailed Features
Timeline zoom
Within the Timeline screen, there is a new zoom control in the top toolbar. This control zooms in or out of the timeline, making it easy to get a big picture view or focus on a particular part of the day. Simply click the plus icon to zoom in to a maximum of 200% or the—icon to zoom out up to 40%.
The zoom levels cater to your preferences. If you work on a smaller-screen laptop, zooming out to 40-60% might be useful if you want to see all of the duties in a day. If you work on a larger screen, zooming in might be more comfortable for looking at duties within a time window of a few hours.
Whichever zoom level you choose, this only affect the size of the duties within the timeline. All other areas, such as the context panel, are not affected by the zoom, so you won’t need to worry about zooming out, making the employee allocation section unreadable, etc.
ACP Activities & Medication available early July
If you have an existing integration with Access Care Planning, then when you select a duty in Timeline you'll see the activities scheduled on the day for that service location. This is pulled straight from Access Care Planning and is a great way of knowing which medication a service user has taken without needing to leave the page.
Each item is colour coded to make it easy to tell which ones have been completed, not completed or are still pending. If an activity has a scheduled time then that also appear.
📌Note: Users require an Access Care Planning account to view activities and medication with permissions set in Access Care Planning to view these for service users. If they can’t see this data in Access Care Planning, they won’t be able to see it in Access Care Rostering. This feature requires the Multi-Tenancy Care Planning update to be released before we can enable it. The estimated release date for Access Care Planning is early July.
International Support
If your existing database configuration is set to IE (Ireland) or CH (Switzerland), this'll change the display format for currency, dates, NI/AHV/PPS, and postcode. Changes applied to NI/AHV/PPS include max character limit adjustments and soft validations providing prompts of the expected format.
