New Features
CRM
CRM offers comprehensive tools for managing relationships with contacts and leads. Within CRM, users will find three key areas: Accounts, Activities, and Leads. Users are empowered with the capability to create, view, and update CRM records, encompassing referral partners, leads, contacts, activities, and campaigns.
General
In the screens for Applicants, Employees, Customers, Service Locations, and Service Location Funders, the tabs now adjust dynamically based on screen resolution changes. Previously, when the resolution changed, tabs would overflow out of their container.
With this update, users can now view all tabs available in the record even when the screen resolution is reduced. This ensures easy access to tabs that may have been hidden due to low resolution, enhancing the usability of the application.
Responsive Tabs
A responsive "< >" button now appears at the end of the list of Tabs within the screens for Applicant, Customer, Service Location, Employee, Service Funder, CRM: Account, Contacts, Lead.
This button is designed to appear when the Tab items are not visible to the user.
The button should not appear when all Tab options are visible to the user.
Tabs will now shift one by one, starting from the right, into the "< >" button when space is limited.
Additionally, tabs will revert back one by one when there is sufficient space to display all Tab options.
Timeline
Hide Toolbars:
Clicking the "Hide Toolbars" button (top right of Timeline) will result in the following actions:
Planning, Employee, and Service Location toolbars will be hidden.
The service location/employees lists, timelines, and the context panel will shift to extend the visibility of the Timeline.
Return to selected duty:
When a duty is selected, clicking "Return to selected duty" in the Duty tab navigates the timeline back to the start date and start time of the duty, ensuring that the earliest visible time is the duty start time. For example, if a duty started at 12:00 on 01/10/23, clicking "Return" would adjust the timeline view accordingly.
Link to Planning Check Results under Soft Allocate:
When an employee in the soft search field fails planning rules for a selected duty or has a warning, a link will appear prompting the user to "Check results for warning or failed reasons." Clicking on this link will open a modal allowing navigation to the planning rule warnings or failed rules.
Go to Today Button:
Clicking the “Go to today” button in the Info panel will adjust the timeline view (horizontal scroll) for both the Service Location and Employee sections to 3 hours before the current day/time.
For example, if the current day/time is 10:04 on 2/10/23 and the user scrolls to next week, the view will snap so the horizontal view starts from 7:04 on 2/10/23.
Display Employee Hours:
In the employee resource list the employees Planned Hours will be highlighted according to the following rules:
Red: Indicates hours under the employee's contracted weekly hours.
Normal: Indicates hours matching the contracted hours.
Amber: Indicates hours over the contracted hours.
Lock Duty Feature:
The lock duty feature is activated by holding and pressing SHIFT on the keyboard. Once activated, it allows a duty to be moved to different timeslots.
Finance
Duty modal
We are pleased to announce the addition of a new feature that enhances finance reconciliation by providing the ability to open the duty modal directly from the reconciliation interface.
To utilize this feature, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to Reconciliation: Access the reconciliation section within the application.
Select Employee or Service Location: On the visit reconciliation page, select the desired employee or service location row.
Open Duty Details: Within the duty details page, select a duty to open the duty modal and access relevant information.
This enhancement streamlines the reconciliation process by enabling users to quickly access duty details directly from the reconciliation interface, improving efficiency and workflow.
Reconcilliation dashboard
We are excited to introduce the implementation of Reconciliation dashboard within the Finance section of the Left-hand menu. These charts provide valuable insights into duty reconciliation based on different parameters.
Day Chart: This chart displays the number of duties for the previous 7 days that match the selected criteria in the filters. Users can analyze duty trends over time.
Service Type Chart: Users can now view the number of duties for each service type in the system that match the applied filters. Service types with zero matching records will not appear in the chart, providing clear and relevant data representation.
Date Filter: A date picker control allows users to choose the time period for displaying data in the charts, offering flexibility in analyzing duty reconciliation over specific timeframes.
Bar Interaction: Clicking into a bar in the charts will display matching records in an AG Grid style page, enabling users to filter and analyze detailed data conveniently. These filters remain consistent across all bars in the Reconciliation charts.
Status Filter: Users can toggle the visibility of bars by changing the Status filter, such as showing only Unreconciled duties, providing enhanced data visibility and analysis options.
View By Filter: Altering the View By filter will dynamically update the data and visible bars on the chart. With three options available, users can explore different permutations of data presentation and analysis.
This implementation enhances user experience and provides valuable tools for analyzing duty reconciliation trends and data within the Finance > Dashboard.
