The below section describes the features in more detail, including screenshots and videos where appropriate, this is ordered by the modules.

Timeline

Search by

Guidance: Prior to this release, users were required to manually scroll through the employee or service location list to locate a specific record. With the 1.6 release, you now have the capability to search by service location and employee.

Simply navigate to the search bar in the Service Location or Employee toolbar, input your search terms, and voilà!

Once you've initiated your search, a list of suggestions matching your criteria will appear. You have the option to select a suggestion or hit enter, which will then filter the timeline according to your search term or selected suggestion.

The ACR search functionality allows you to search by:

· First name

· Surname

· Location name

· Preferred name

When searching within the ACR timeline, the filters such as Branch and Area, Employee Type, or Position will be taken into consideration, providing a more refined and efficient search experience.

Collapse and Expand Context panel

Guidance: To expand your Timeline view simply click the arrow ">" situated at the top-right corner of the Timeline screen (next to the Timeline button) to see how the context panel smoothly moves to the right, revealing more of the Timeline page. Click the "<" arrow to restore the context panel to its original position.

[Context panel expanded - the default]

[Context panel collapsed]

It's worth mentioning that if a duty is selected and the context panel is collapsed, expanding the context panel again will reveal the duty details.

General

Restoring page and filters and pages

Guidance: Prior to version 1.6, navigating back through page history using the breadcrumb trail did not retain the page's state, filters, or sorting.

With the introduction of version 1.6 this has changed. Now, when you navigate back to previous pages, the system remembers and retains the page's state, filters, and sorting for previous pages. Here’s of list of pages this applies to:

· Employee Dashboard

· Employee Details

· Service Location Details

· Service Location Dashboard

· Find Service Location

· Service Funder Details

· Find Bill Payer

· Bill Payer Details

· Applicant Details

· Find Lead (CRM)

· Referral Partner Details (CRM)

· Find Activity (CRM)

· Payroll Management

· Payroll Management Details

· Contact Details (CRM)

· Lead Details (CRM)

· Find Employee

· Find Referral Partner (CRM)

· Find Applicant

· Find Contact (CRM)

· Invoice Management

We recognize that there is still room for improvement in this area. In upcoming releases, we plan to expand the range of pages that will be retained when navigating through the breadcrumb trail.
