Access Care Rostering user actions

In this article, we explain what you need to do on Access Care Rostering once steps have been completed on the care employee mobile app

Approvals

All requests submitted through the Care Employee Mobile application, such as emergency contact updates, holiday requests, unavailability submissions, and personal information changes, are automatically routed to Access Care Rostering through the Portal Management area.

To view this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Employee.

  2. Click Portal.

  3. Click Management.

  4. Select the relevant tile.

  5. Make the relevant updates, e.g approve the holiday.

๐Ÿค“Tip: Items that require user approval will show with a red dot on the tile.


Offering and requests from the Access Care Rostering timeline

To view the offers and requests, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Planning.

  2. Click Visits.

  3. Click Planning.

  4. Select the Offer/Request dropdown.

Visits with offers & requests can be filtered on the timeline view using the Offer and Request filter.

Shows all visits

Visits accepted

Shows visits that have been offered to employees and have been accepted.

Visits with offers

Shows visits that have been offered to employees.

Visits without offers

Shows visits that have been offered to employees.

Visits with requests

Shows visits that an employee has requested.

To offer a visit to an employee, select an unallocated visit, choose the employeeโ€™s name from the timeline context panel on the right, and click the Offer button. To unoffer a visit, follow the same steps and select the Unoffer button instead.

Visits that have been offered or requested can be selected directly on the timeline. The timeline context panel displays which employees have received an offer, accepted it, or submitted a request for the visit.
