Visits and offers

In this article, we explain visits today and offers in the Care Employee Mobile app.

Visits

You can access your visits either by the visits today tab or the visits icon in the bottom panel.

This section shows a scrollable timeline of visits allocated to the employee for the current date. Each visit tile displays a summary of the related visit, such as the duration, service location name, date and time, and address.

Visits this month

In the visits section, selecting the This Month filter at the top of the screen will display a calendar view of the current month. Below the calendar, youโ€™ll find a summary of all visits scheduled for the selected date, making it easy to review and manage your upcoming visits.

A dot icon below the date will reflect dates within the calendar with allocated visits. Selecting a date with allocated visits will update the summary view to reflect.

The selected month can be changed using the arrows, e.g changing the month view from January 2025 to March 2025.


Offers

You can access the offers section by either the Offers Uploaded tile on the home dashboard or the Offers icon on the bottom panel.

Depending on your configuration, you will see up to three tabs: Offered, Accepted, and Available.

Offered

The Offered tab shows visits that contain a summary of the offer made to the employee, such as the Service location name, visit type, dates/times, offer status, and Service location address.

Selecting the Accept button will send back an accepted status to Access Care Rostering timeline, allowing for an allocation to be made if necessary. The visit tile will also move from the Offered tab to the Accepted tab.

Selecting the Decline button on an offered visit will remove the offer from the Offers Updated figure on the home dashboard. Once a declined status has been applied, the employee can still accept the visit.

Accepted

The accepted tab shows a list of visit offers that the employee has accepted. Selecting the Unaccept button will send the unacceptance back to Access Care Rostering timeline. This will show that the employee has not yet accepted the visit offer. This also moves the visits back to the Offered tab.

Available

The Available tab displays a list of visits that are currently unallocated. Employees can express interest in these visits by submitting a request to be considered for allocation.

Each visit is presented as a tile containing key details, including the service location name, visit type, date and time, service location address, and the current request status. This allows employees to quickly assess and request visits that fit their availability and preferences.

Selecting the Request button will send the visit allocation request to ACR Timeline. The visit status will be updated to Requested โ€“ Awaiting Approval and the button will be changed to Unrequest to allow the employee to withdraw the visit request if applicable.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Once a requested visit has been allocated to the employee the ability to โ€˜Unrequestโ€™ the visit will be suspended. A declined status will show for a requested visit which has been cancelled or allocated to a different employee.
