Home dashboard

The application's home screen features a user-friendly dashboard for quick access to key sections, including Visits, Rotas, Payslips, Availability, and Offers. Each section is represented by a navigation tile, allowing users to seamlessly transition to the relevant part of the app with a single tap.

Visits today and offers are updated on the dashboard tiles to show a number applicable to the number of allocated visits on the current date or the number of pending visit offers.

Basic Navigation

At the bottom of the app are quick navigation icons that navigate you to the applicable pages.

Selecting your profile at the top right lets you view personal information, emergency contacts, and payslips.

Page titles contain a back arrow to allow navigation to a previous page. Pages can also contain multiple tabs, which are displayed at the top of the page and allow navigation to different areas.

Profile

Once you have logged in to your profile, you will be able to view your details and emergency contacts.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: All changes to personal information and emergency contacts require approval before any changes take effect.

My details

When you select the My Details tile, youโ€™ll be able to view your current personal information, including your address, contact details, and equality data. These fields are editable, allowing you to submit updates as a change request. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed and approved by the relevant office. Navigating to the communication and equality details can be done via the tabs.

Select an available textbox to make the relevant edits and select the submit request button.

Emergency contacts

Selecting the Emergency Contacts from the profile section will show all existing emergency contacts. If you need to add new emergency contacts, click Add Contact and add the relevant details.
