To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.

  1. Within the Access Care Rostering product, click the Digital Assistant icon .

  2. Click Ask a question and type in your query.

  3. The Digital Assistant searches the knowledge base to return a suitable answer.

  4. Review the answer, then confirm if the answer has answered your question or if you need more help.
