Consistency of care is an essential element in attaining an outstanding rating with the CQC. To aid in this, Access People Planner displays the percentage of continuity an employee has working planned shifts or visits for a service user. This feature is built in, so there's no setup required.
Click Rostering, then click Visits.
Then click Planning, then select the visit.
On the right-hand panel, you'll see the continuity percentage next to the employee's name.
