An ad hoc visit is a visit that's unplanned and outside of the normal requirements for the service user.

For example, a service user may have a hospital appointment that your employee also need to attend.

You can create an ad hoc visit by follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Care Rostering Timeline.

  2. On the info panel click Create New Visit.

  3. Click Single, then fill in your required details such as times and employee.

  4. Click Save.
