Allocate a visit

To allocate a visit, follow the steps below:

  1. From the three line menu click Rostering.

  2. Click Visits, then Planning.

  3. Click on the relevant visit.

  4. Select the employee using the search field in the righthand panel.

  5. Click Allocate.

Unallocate a visit

To cancel a visit, follow the steps below:

  1. From the three line menu click Rostering.

  2. Click Visits, then Planning.

  3. Click on the relevant visit.

  4. Click Unallocate.
