Set up adjustment types

In this article, we explain how to set up adjustment types for service packages.

Adjustment types indicate whether the number of hours or the value of the service package needs to be adjusted for a given week. For example, if the service location does not need all available care hours in a given week and wishes to roll over the remaining hours to the next week.

To configure adjustment types, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then click Finance.

  2. Click Invoice, then click Service Package.

  3. Click Adjustment types, then click the plus icon.

  4. Add a description, then click save.
