New Features

Custom Field Support

We're introducing Custom Fields – a powerful addition that allows you to create extra data fields in various formats (dropdown lists, checkboxes, dates, times, numeric, money, and free text).

This feature seamlessly integrates with Access Care Rostering, enabling easy display, update, and data saving. You can utilise Custom Fields across key entities including Applicant, Employee, Customer, and Service Location, giving you more flexibility in managing essential information.

Please note we are aware of an issue with Full Length Memo custom fields, please do not create custom fields with this item selected at this time.

ACR Applicant Management (Blended Experience)

We've added several Access Care Rostering native screens into the employee-based applicant module, enabling seamless creation and upkeep of new applicants within the blended experience.

These updated screens feature intuitive navigation, simplifying access to essential information and functionalities related to the Applicant. Our new Applicant screen with the General tab maintains the familiar Care Rostering user experience and interface.

This screen facilitates the creation, saving, and editing of applicant records. Moreover, you can also recruit applicants using the newly introduced action bar.

Dashboards

The Access Care Rostering dashboards will seamlessly replace the previous blended dashboard, creating a consistent experience from the menu to the Dashboards.

This release introduces new dashboards that cover Employee, Applicant, Customer, and Service Location. Users can easily identify new, terminating, and terminated records, and pinpoint missing, due, or overdue tasks, training, equipment, and more using the various available charts and tables. Access the dashboard conveniently through the left hand navigation menu.

How can I see when my environment has been updated?

We've added the release version at the bottom of the Access Care Rostering left hand navigation menu, making it convenient for users to quickly verify whether they're using the latest version of ACR.
