Invoice Crediting
Managing invoice adjustments and credits is now simpler and more transparent with the new invoice crediting functionality available directly within Access Care Rostering.
The new crediting screen guides you through the process of creating credits against original invoices. Select the invoice you need to credit, specify the adjustment details, and generate the credit note - all within the familiar Access Care Rostering environment.

You can now create service packages and display them directly within the classic timeline view, providing planners with immediate visibility of commissioned care arrangements alongside scheduled appointments.
You can ensure that scheduled care delivery aligns with commissioned arrangements. This visibility supports accurate capacity planning and helps maintain compliance with contractual obligations to local authorities and other commissioning bodies.

ECM Enhancements
Access Care Rostering now captures and displays enhanced location and timestamp information from Access Care Planning, providing more detailed data for care visit verification and compliance.
Enhanced Book On/Off Screen: The book on/off screen (as well as associated reports and exports) now display comprehensive location data including the booking method used as well as longitude and latitude coordinates alongside the existing address information. This additional detail provides precise location verification for care visits and how they booked on, whether manually or electronically through a QR code or NFC tag - supporting safeguarding requirements and quality assurance processes.
Precise Timestamp Information: Timestamps for book on and book off events now include seconds, providing exact timing information for care visits. This enhanced precision supports accurate visit duration tracking and helps resolve any queries about visit timing with definitive data.
Note: the integration with CM2000 LiveIntegrate has also been enhanced to send book on/off timestamps to include seconds.

Full Screen Option for Classic Timeline
The classic timeline can now be viewed in full screen mode, utilising your entire monitor to display scheduling information. This expanded view provides significantly more screen real estate for viewing visits, care workers, and service locations, making it easier to manage complex schedules and coordinate care delivery across multiple teams or locations.

The NHS Number and Gender of Service users now sync with their records in Access Care Planning.
Multi environment ACR connect to single ACP tenant
For care providers operating rostering across multiple sites or divisions who use Access Care Planning, this enhancement enables multiple Access Care Rostering instances to connect to a single instance of Access Care Planning allowing all your care activities to be sourced in a single instance.
