Access People Planner has a feature to launch an additional window, where can I find this feature in Access Care Rostering?
Access Care Rostering is Access Evo native, which has a standard approach to launching new windows. Access Evo calls this Duplicate, and this feature is available via the three dots on the Access Care Rostering tab.
How can I quickly access timeline?
We've introduced a new feature that allows you to access the timeline from anywhere in Access Care Rostering, as long as you have permissions to access the timeline.
The new timeline option is available as a static button in the top right corner. Click this to open the timeline from anywhere in Access Care Rostering. When you click Close Care Rostering Timeline it closes timeline and bring you back to your previous screen.
