Add and delete breaks on a visit

You can add breaks to a service user care visit to ensure the employee gets a timed break after certain visits.

You'll need to make sure that you have the breaks modules and function is enabled.

Add breaks

If you need to add breaks to a visit, this can be done by the following steps:

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant service user.

  3. Click Care Visits, then select the relevant service order.

  4. Click the Service Requirement Details tab.

  5. Select the relevant service requirement.

  6. Click the Break Details tab.

  7. Click Add new and fill out the relevant details.

  8. Click Save.


Delete breaks

If you need to delete breaks on a visit, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Service User, then click Service User.

  2. Click Find, then select the relevant service user.

  3. Click Care Visits, then select the relevant service order.

  4. Click the Service Requirement Details tab.

  5. Select the relevant service requirement.

  6. Click the Break Details tab.

  7. Click the bin icon next to the relevant break.
