📌Note: if you have Access Care Planning you may wish to manage Service User events through forms rather than within Access Care Rostering.
Adding an Event Type
You will need to create an event type before creating an event. Follow the steps below:
Click Settings.
Click Service user
Click Service User again
Click Event Types.
Select the + Icon.
Fill in all required details.
Click Save
